Prime Labor & Staffing was founded in 1996 as an affordable, service-oriented alternative to larger, more expensive industry leaders. We will strive to reduce your staffing-related costs while at the same time increasing your productivity.

We have account managers at each location who personally look after your account. They are available to handle any problem and can be contacted at any time.

Temporary Staffing

We place Prime Labor & Staffing employees with your company to work on a temporary basis as needed.

Temporary-to-Permanent Staffing

We place employees with your company to work on a temporary to permanent basis. At the end of a 90 day probation period you have the option to hire that employee, free of any additional fees.

Direct Hire Staffing

We help you find candidates for a permanent position directly with your company.

On-Site Staffing and Labor Managed Services

Available to customers with contracts of 25 or more employees.
